Cancellation policy

A person making a booking has entered into a contract to stay at or use our premises. Consequently the room/function room cannot be let to another person. If the reservation is cancelled, we may have lost the opportunity to let the room or the function facility especially near the time of arrival. Consequently if a guest wishes to change his/her arrangements, we reserve the right to make the following charges;

  • Less than 7 days prior to arrival - 100% of the total cost of the reservation
  • Less than 14 days prior to arrival - 75% of the total cost of the reservation
  • Less than 21 days prior to arrival - 50% of the total cost of the reservation
  • Minimum cancellation fee - 10% of the total cost of the reservation
  • During high season periods, payment must be made in full for the duration of your stay within 5 days of your reservation date. No refunds are possible within one month of the arrival date. Up to that point bookings can be cancelled with a minimum of 20% cancellation fee.

In the event of non-arrival, the total cost of the reservation will be charged for.

In the event of shortening a stay after arrival, the full amount remains payable on unused accommodation.

We recommend that all guests carry travel insurance to cover cancellation fees in case of medical emergency.

Any refunds due will only be paid after 14 days from clearance of funds received by the bank.

Payments:

Cheques are not accepted. Deposits and invoices can be paid by internet bank transfer (proof of deposit must be faxed on the day of deposit), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) or by cash.
